Procurement: Sourced from contract farmers and certified rice mills across Maharashtra
Processing: Dehusking, polishing, and sortex cleaning done at ISO & FSSAI-certified facilities
Grading: Based on grain length, broken %, aroma, and polish type
Aging: Aged rice stored under controlled humidity to improve aroma and cooking quality
Quality Testing: Each batch tested for moisture, broken %, Aflatoxin, and foreign matter
Packing: Automated and hygienic packing units used for bulk and retail packaging
Shipping: Dispatched via containers (FCL/LCL) with fumigation & export compliance
